This is my beloved dish ... "mee siam". Unfortunately the only mee siam or so called mee siam that i can find in town now (not anymore anyways) is a mutated version. I dont know what this particular stall did to the mee siam their selling, but geezz .. but if there are really mutated tasting mee siam, they would taste exactly like the version of mee siam that's being sold. As shown below :

Looks can be very very deceiving and believe me, the above picture is full of deceit!
