MAS Food

This is the food that you get served on your flight with MAS when you fly Business Class. This is served when I was flying back from JB to Kuching. Sadly, the quality of customer service provided by MAS now is rivaled by that of Air Asia.

It might look real nice. But it didnt taste that great. And the service wasn't that hot either. Oh and the Golden Lounge @ the Senai Airport sucked. Big time. The food that they had in there was H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E!

I now prefer flying with Air Asia considering the price that I have to pay and yet the staff (esp those ground staff) are so much more friendlier and nicer than those who are working with MAS. The price of the air tickets charged by MAS now is rather astrocious and with the type of money that you're shelving out, you'd expect their customer to superceed that of Air Asia. But nope.




Not only that, for the domestic flight, Air Asia has shown better punctuality than MAS. My 2nd last trip to Sibu town via MAS had me seething mad. Not only was my flight delayed for half an hour but when I asked about the delay I was just told rudely by the staff (quote) "Just go sit down and wait. When ready to fly, we inform you. No need to ask." Had I not been trying to control my fury, I'd have enough sense to take down her name and reported her in.




So far my 2 trips to Sibu via Air Asia or FAX as their domestic flights are known has been totally pleasant. Punctual. Arriving ahead of schedule. Something that I've never experienced with MAS even though I've flown with them all these while until FAX flights has been enforced only of late.
